Encostas De Oliveras is located on the outskirts of Vilamoura in a quite cal-de-sac of select luxury apartments & townhouses. It is fairly new so you can expect all the modern amenities as well .

Situated just 5 minutes from the Marina Vilamoura it offers the whole family an ideal location for that perfect Algarve Holiday. Vilamoura, being the golfing Mecca , spoils you for choice if your ideal holiday involves golf clubs and greens.

The Marina offering Boating & Sailing trips as well as the Casino nearby keeps the rest of the family well entertained and if you are still bored there is also the lovely white beaches of Falesia & Quarteira to explore.

 

 

The Townhouse is a gated community and sits amongst lovely gardens and well maintained lawns, offering privacy as well as solitude. There are just 8 townhouses in this community and the swimming pool is communal. The townhouse comes with double glazing, and shutters which allows the windows to be open yet keeps out all the bugs. Perfect in summer. There is no air conditioning, however fans and heaters are provided .

 

The Entrance Hall leads into the large kitchen , fully fitted with fridge/freezer, hob, oven/grill (electric) , toaster, microwave & dishwasher. Water is heated by piped gas.

To the right there is an entrance hall toilet, handy for those dashes in from the swimming pool.

Lower Level:  is the open plan lounge & dining area. There is dining area  for 6. The lounge area has satellite television , DVD Player, and Hi-fi System 

Double glass doors lead from this spacious & airy lounge to the patio and back sun area complete with twin sun loungers, table & chairs for outside dining.  Perfect for sunbathing !

Next level : Marble staircase leads up to the 2nd Floor , which offers amazing views from both private bedrooms terraces.

To the left of the landing is the twin bedroom with en-suite shower. This bedroom has a patio opening out onto the front garden of the townhouse. There are large built in wardrobes and chest of drawers as well as spare linen storage.

To the right of the landing is the entrance to the master bedroom and  en suite bathroom.

Master bedroom : is light modern and light , with built in wardrobes and chest of drawers. The large double patio doors opens out to the terrace with views over the pool and gardens .

 

Lower level: Basement is on lower lever and includes washing machine , clothes drying  rack & ironing board with iron.

There is also drive in parking into the basement , however this must be reserved at time of booking .

Outside :

There is a communal barbeque area as well as lots of space for football !! This is a south facing garden so there´s plenty of sunshine!

This townhouse is ideal for all year rental , as Winter in the Algarve is perfect for golfing and summer: lots of sun.

Please enquire for golf package prices in the winter as certain Courses offer a special Discount if you book at the Townhouse

 

Maid Service:

Normally 2 times weekly, additional visits by arrangement. 

Linen and towels supplied. 

Please note that towels are not provided for pool and beach use.
